Verti G SGL-02 Cuttings Dryer Brand New Design

It has been four years since FD Petrol  Verti G SGL-01 Cuttings  Dryer come into appearance ,the first model we designed is simple in function and easy in operation,painted with bright yellow color ,straight edge looks like transformer .

FD SGL-01 cuttings dryer first time was used in Xinjiang oilfield drilling waste management project from 23th,November 2011 to 9 th, December 2011, totally 17days 85 hours. During this period, the well depths was drilled from 2890m to 3520m.Rock physical character is argillaceous sandstone, oil based drilling fluids is adopted.

This system has got efficient performance on drilling cuttings drying, after treatment the oil on cuttings(by weight) dropped from 15.6% to 3.78%,successfully recovered 71.5m³drilling fluids.

Afterward ,FD SGL-01 cuttings dryer got more satisfactory feedback from Shell China ,CNPC Great Wall Drilling Company,SINOPEC  and Shell Nigeria.

Based on all the field feedback we got,we made some small modifications on our verti G SGL-01 cuttings dryer and SGL-02 model cuttings dryer was put into market in 2013 .

1.The new model with two layers flights ,while traditional CSI cuttings dryer just one layer ,the new design has even better drying result than  SGL-01 ,the best drying performance is around 3% OOC  .

2. User friendly design such as the top cover opening device already got patent design ,which save a lot of time and energy during maintenence and trouble shooting.

3.Circle water flushing pipe instead of spary nozzle,bigger flushing area and better flushing performance.

4.22kw main motor and 0.37kw oil pump motor rather than 55kw and 0.55kw ,but still rotating at 900RMB and generate 400G force,energy saving.

5.Compact in overall dimension,1600m(L)x1600mm(W)x2200mm(H),convinient in transportation and field installation.

Along with FD DW2000 high speed dewatering centrifuge ,SGL-02 cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge can maximize OBM  fluids recover rate and minimize the drilling  waste effect on environment .
