10 Decanter Centrifuges&4Shale Shaker&Mud Cleaner

It is a famous drilling company who ordered 10 units 14inch solids control decanter centrifuges ,4 uints FDZS225I linear mothion shale shaker and 2 units mud cleaner and 10 screw feeding pump,two venturi mud hoppers.The equipment are separated into two batch delivery.

Before we close the deal,the customer visited most solids control manuafacture in China and make a comparation among us and finally choose us to be their supplier.Due to the trust of FD Petrol and our machines.Another problem we solved is the tight delivery time request ,all the equipment must supply from stock ,fortunately we make stock for 20 units decanter centrifuges per month,which is a great advantage and can fully meet the fast delivery requirement.

The above is first batch three decanter centrifuges and screw pumps were packed and uploaded into a 40 ft container ,ready for delivered to Russia.

The second batch solids control equipment colour is specified by customer,they choose RAL 5002,which is a little more brighter than our standard color .

To make sure of the products quality ,all the centrifuges must be tested on our own test platform,which has water and oil based mud as well.During 24 hours lowd test ,the main data such as temperature rise and vibration were collected .

The 4 units shale shakers & 2 units mud cleaner are linear motion,with 4 pieces of wedged type screen which is easier and faster for screen changing .China first class explosion proof compact control panel and shaker deck angel adjustment mechnisim ensure safety and user friendly operation.
