This is the 10th batch drilling rig complete solid control system manufactured by FD Petrol for CCDE 1500 hp drilling rig,which including four phase solids control system and mixing system

1.6 units 12 meters long mud tanks 

2.Triple FDZS 255I shale shakers,which avaerage shaker screen life is 20 days ,sometimes can reach 30 days.

3.One unit FDQJ 2S12N high effiency mud cleaners with PU desander & desilter cones

4.One unit vacuum degasser

5.FD450-842 Middle speed decanter centrifuge

6.FDLW 355-1250N high speed decanter centrifuge

7.Twin jet mud mixer with 75 kw mixing pump for mud mixing 

8.15 units 15kw mud agitators and 1 unit 7.5kw mud agitator for pile tank
