FD Petrol supported our Africa partners got 1 lot tender for the National Drilling Company project ,only after two months of got purchasing order from our Africa drilling waste management service partners,FD Petrol has fulfilled our promise and make fast delivery for 28 pieces waste management and solids control equipment .The clients top management team have visited FD Petrol manufacture facility two years ago to talk about long term stratgic cooperation with FD ,after all technical and commercial discussion we signed MOU and supported them for the tender.
The system equipment are packaged in 59 packages consist of below.
1. Two units of SGL-12 vertical cuttings dryer ,floating flights core technology ,which we already supplied 26 units for CNPC Shell Gas drilling waste management project
2.Two units DW2000 VFD high speed waste management centrifuge ,which is the best seller and Max Dry centrifuge ,always matching using with our vertical cuttings dryer
3.Four units screw conveyor with emergency stop line for drill waste collection and feeding
4.Four units three sides cuttings skip for discharged dry solids collection
5.Four units drilling fluids collection tank with mud agitators
6.Four units screw pump for flushing and feeding the waste management centrifuge
7.Four units DW2000 VFD high speed solids control centrifuges
8.Four units screw pump for feeding the solids control centrifuge
9.Two centralized electrical control system for above equipment
